The E-Wrap 1000A pallet wrapping machine is ISGPACK's latest innovation with the best quality/price ratio on the market. It is a semiautomatic wrapping machine that can cover all standard work applications, thanks to the customization of the 8 work programs.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE:

The rotating table of the E-Wrap 1000A pallet wrapper, has a diameter of 1500 mm, and a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg. The rotation is driven by a chain kinematic motion, controlled by a magnetic induction sensor that verifies the number of revolutions, slowdown times and repositioning of the table at the end of the work cycle. The standard column height allows the reel carriage to lift up to a maximum winding height of 2,200 mm. The carriage is equipped with a mechanical friction film tensioning system and has a photoelectric sensor for reading the products to be wound.

FUNCTIONALITY OF COLOR TOUCH DISPLAY:

From the 7.2″ color graphic touch display, it is possible to manage and store in a simple and intuitive way, different wrapping parameters such as: number of film turns at the top and bottom of the pallet, up and down cycles of the carriage, rotary table speed, carriage up and down speed, setting of the photocell reading time for film edging.

Also integrated are other sections for wrapping operations in manual mode, an administrative management area aimed at system settings, a detailed log of statistics, times and number of pallets processed, and a more technical area aimed at monitoring machine input and output signals, alarm history archive and archive of maintenance performed on the pallet wrapper.
